Payu  is a Commerce Service Provider, authorized as a Master Merchant, by Indian financial institutions, to appoint Sub Merchants, to accept and validate Internet payments via Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking facilities from KO Jewellery customers in real-time. They provide a secure link between KO Jewellery website, various Credit Card issuing institutions, acquiring Banks and the payment gateway providers.
The payment gateway is provided by Payu . The charges will be billed to your Card/Bank Statement as Payu.
Your online shopping with TheKOJewelleryShop.com is absolutely safe. We use a secure payment gateway provided by Payu, one of India’s leading payment gateway. Your personal details (such as name and address) are encrypted when you enter them on TheKOJewelleryShop.com website and transmitted to the payment gateway securely using industry standard SSL. Your payment details (e.g. credit card number) are entered directly on the Payu secure server, similarly encrypted when they are transmitted to the appropriate bank or other financial institution, and are not available to us at all.

Shipping Policy

  • KO Jewellery offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders  within India. There are no extra charges/taxes to be borne by customer apart from cost of the product.
  • We ship through private couriers DTDC,Aramex and national courier- Speed Post (remote areas) .
  • Transit insurance is provided by KO Jewellery, and it will be valid till the time of delivery only.
  • Packaging: All our jewellery is packaged in a strong jewellery box and sealed securely. We take great care to package the jewellery appropriately to avoid any damage during transit. You may also ask for gift packaging or complimentary messages to be sent along with the jewellery.
  • All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by KO Jewellery. Our payment gateway takes 24-48 hrs. to confirm the payment and check for fraudulent transactions.
  • Shipment/delivery time of order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, once payment is confirmed.
  • Once the package reaches our courier partner, it will take a further 2-5 days for delivery.
  • Please check SHIPPING INFO, displayed under the description of each piece of jewellery to find out if the product is in stock. Products that are in stock can be delivered within 2-3 days within India and 6 days internationally once payment is confirmed . All our products are handmade and limited quantities of each design are produced, they require minimum 8 days to process if they are not in stock, so please keep this in mind while ordering.
  • KO Jewellery may at random call members to verify the order. Please make sure that you provide the correct name and address for delivery. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
  • We request you to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and e-mail us at care@thekojewelleryshop.com mentioning your order number. We will try to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest, based on the availability of the product. If additional pieces of the product/s are not available, we will issue you a credit note equivalent to your purchase amount which can be used during purchase of any product on our website within a period of three months. KO Jewellery does not offer any cash refunds.
  • Partial delivery of product needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
  • We are not liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.

    Exchange Policy

    • If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please email our Customer Care at care@thekojewelleryshop.com and mention your order number. Please also ensure that the package is returned to us within 7 days. We shall not entertain any returns request beyond 7 days.
    • At KO Jewellery customer satisfaction is everything. So if you change your mind about a product after you have received it, you can exchange it for another piece of jewellery. Please email our Customer Care at care@thekojewelleryshop.com and mention your order number. Please also ensure that the package is returned to us within 7 days of recieving it. We shall not entertain any exchange request beyond 7 days.
    • The product/s should be unused and be in the in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund. The return shipment charges have to be borne by the buyer.
    • We will issue you a credit note equivalent to your purchase amount valid for three months once we receive the product and have verified the state of the product/s. The credit note can be used during purchase of any product on our website within a period of three months. No cash refund will be given. KO Jewellery's liability to any claims will only be up to and limited to the cost of the product units in question.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount (minus the transaction fee of our payment gateway) will be reversed back in your Card Account or will be paid through cheque.
    • In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (minus the transaction fee of our payment gateway). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

    • The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values. While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of product, lighting, digital photography and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual product ordered.
    • Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the jewellery pieces may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or even as smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item.

      Payment Options for International Orders

      • If you want to pay using PAYPAL please select the third option at the time of check-out. After about 12 hours you will recieve a PAYPAL invoice via email from us. Please pay the invoice. Please note: when you choose this payment option, a customs and handling charge equaling 15% of the bill amount will be added to your invoice. 
      • BANK TRANSFER: You can also make payments through bank transfer from your Indian bank account. All you have to do is choose this option at the time of check-out and we’ll send you all the bank details.Once you create an order and select the second option on the checkout payment page (Pay by Cheque / DD / Bank Transfer), we will email you all the necessary details for making the bank transfer.
      • We DO NOT ACCEPT Money transfers via WESTERN UNION or XOOM (these are meant for transfers to individuals only not Companies)
      • You can also place an order from anywhere outside India and ask us to ship it to an address within India with the advantage of Free Shipping.

      International Shipping

      • KO Jewellery provides free international shipping for all orders above Rs 20,000 only.
      • For all other orders, we charge shipping based on the destination which may cost you Rs 1500 - Rs 2500.
      • All our international deliveries are made using the private international couriers like DHL which offer safe and speedy delivery..
      • The tracking number will be sent to you once the package is despatched.
      • All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by THE KO JEWELLERY SHOP.COMShipment/delivery time of order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days, once payment is confirmed.

      We accept international orders, and we also ship our products to all countries.

      To order online

      1. Select the picture of the jewellery you are interested in and then click on the button that says BUY.
      2. You will now be directed to the checkout page. If you want to add another product, find the product/s you like using the menu options and click on the BUY button to add the product/s to your shopping cart.
      3. If you are ready to checkout and pay, please click on the CHECK OUT button.
      4. You will be directed to a page where you have to sign in using your email address and password. If you do not have an account with us, you can click on the CONTINUE AS GUEST button.
      5. On this page, you have to enter your e-mail id, the billing address and shipping address. If you want to ship the product to a location different from the billing address, you have to enter it in the shipping address section. In case you entered your account login details in Step 4, the fields will already be filled up for you. Then click on CONTINUE to go the next page.
      6. On this page, you have to indicate the mode of payment.
        • If you want to pay by (Indian) CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD/ NET BANKING choose that option while checking out - which will take you to the next window where  you have to enter your card details.

        • If you want to pay by CHEQUE/ BANK TRANSFER/ Demand Draft (Only from Indian bank) choose that option while checking out and your order will be accepted. You will receive further instructions over email.
