
The Yali Silver Nakkasi Pendant
An intricate pendant from our antique temple jewellery collection with the figure of 'Kirtimukha, or grotesque mask in the center with two ' Makaras' - (mythical sea-creatures in Hindu mythology), on either side. Both these motifs are used widely in temple architecture and jewellery.Two peacocks perched on top add to its beauty. Studded with `kempu' (red) stones the entire piece is crafted in pure Sterling Silver (92.5%) and dipped in 24 karat gold.
The necklace string is made of lovely, natural freshwater pearls woven in silver wire and gold-dipped.
