The Viloma Kokkethathi Silver Thread Necklace (Green)

A traditional Kodava Kokkethathi necklace worn by married women from Coorg in Karnataka. This necklace is crafted in Sterling Silver (92.5%) and gold-dipped to perfection. It has a traditional crescent shaped pendant with a serpent at the helm and the rim of the pendant is fringed with pearls and this is hung on a handwoven cotton thread. The necklace has been paired with matching earstuds that come with a screw back closure (bombay screw).

Measurements: Length of necklace : 18 inches (tassle provided to adjust length).

moisture, water and sweat. Proper storage will ensure that the
gold-finish, rhodium or rose-gold plating stays for a long time.

*Avoid wearing jewellery while cooking, household cleaning,
