Ornate and royal this traditional Lakshmi Vanki with `nakkasi' or `nakshi' work (a form of gilt and repousse technique unique to south Indian temple jewellery) is sure to make any bride feel special.Goddess Lakshmi sitting on a lotus forms the center-piece of the vanki while kempu stones are used to add a touch of colour.The sheer intricacies of design and flawless craftsmanship make this armlet special.The shape of the Vanki is a V which ensures that it can be adjusted to any arm size.
Handcrafted using techniques from ancient South Indian antique jewellery this piece is studded with `kempu' (red) stones. All pieces in this collection are crafted in Sterling (92.5) Silver and gold-dipped in a special process to give them an antique look.This piece is also available in the antique silver finish on request.
