This is a traditional Lakshmi pendant with `nakkasi' or `nakshi' work (a form of gilt and repousse technique unique to south Indian temple jewellery).The Goddess is flanked by two elephant heads and peacocks on her side while the single row of kempu stones add colour to the pendant. Part of the Temple Jewellery collection of KO this pendant is crafted using techniques used in ancient South Indian antique jewellery. All pieces in this collection are crafted in Sterling (92.5) Silver and gold-dipped in a special process to give them an antique look.
