The Nivritti Silver Antique Jhumka

0 in stock.

Temple architecture is an important source of inspiration for jewellery. In this lovely pair of hand-crafted Sterling Silver (92.5%) jhumka a resemblance to the heavily ornamented pillars and rich sculpted walls of ancient south indian temples is clearly seen.

The top part of the jhumka carries the motif of `Kirtimukha' (a swallowing demon-face that wards off the evil). The entire piece is crafted in pure Sterling Silver (92.5%) and oxidised to give a dark patina. You can get this jhumka in the traditional antique gold-finish too.
