The Nivi Addige Silver Necklace(Red)

A classic design of south Indian temple jewellery this necklace has two rows of red kempu stones interspersed by tiny white stones. Called an `Addige' this necklace is crafted in Sterling Silver (92.5%) using techniques used in ancient South Indian antique gold temple jewellery.

(Note: Tassle provided at the end for adjusting the length, we can also provide gold-dipped silver links/chain if desired at an extra cost. This is short necklace that sits close to the neck.)

Height of Jhumka : 1.3 inches; Width of Jhumka : 0.5 inch.

For Oxidised Silver

* Store all pieces in airtight plastic covers (this prevents them from
being tarnished or becoming black.)
*Exposed to the atmosphere, all silver is prone to oxidation/ blackening and consequent tarnishing ; this does not in any way signify that the Silver is impure. Gentle rubbing with a silver cleaning cloth or soft cotton cloth will restore the original shine.

*Please note that gold-dipped or gold-plated/ rosegold plated silver
jewellery is meant for occasional use only, it cannot be used
everyday. Gold polish will fade with regular use and frequent exposure to air and water and will need re-plating/polishing.
* All Gold plated ; Rhodium plated ; Rose gold plated silver jewellery
has to be stored in an airtight plastic cover away from
moisture, water and sweat. Proper storage will ensure that the
gold-finish, rhodium or rose-gold plating stays for a long time.
*We gold-plate our jewellery with 24 carat gold which gives it a real gold look. We do not use lacquer or other harmful chemicals.

*Avoid wearing jewellery while cooking, household cleaning,
bathing or swimming .
